10-26-2025Off 95. Clean area. Good help from front desk. The rates go up every 6 months 30-40$, but you can call and ask for a review. After that the payment still gos up 10-15$. This is normal for most extra space storage units, So its best to not stay indefinitely to one unit or company. Sometimes I wish there was long term contracts for people who need a storage space with a set rate. I dont see me staying mush longer since my 60$ 5x8 storage is now 91$ after review.
