12-23-2025Front office was super helpful, but I found the storage unit dirty with dirt all over the floor and a bunch of broken glass in the corner. There was also supposed to be a brand new lock in the unit when I moved in, but nothing was there. Theres a light in the storage unit that doesnt work, so its very dark. It felt like the unit hadnt even been prepared or checked before I moved my stuff in

12-09-2025Buyers Beware! Your price will double after 3 months so if you plan on long term don't be fooled. Was paying $50 for small 5x5 now they are charging my card over $100 with giving any notice at all. Just pulled it right out of auto pay. Careful who you trust with your info.
