02-14-2026I left 5 stars prior because I was asked to leave a review before entering the storage facility. Ive rented a storage unit here before within the past year. I went in to get my storage unit keys and was making small talk about how I got the same unit I had the last time I was there, when I was interrupted and rudely asked Im sorry sir, do you need help with something? Shocked, I replied with I booked a unit online last night and I need my padlock. The females attitude quickly changed and then a second female entered the room and asked me to leave a review. Clean facility, secure, staff customer service needs improvement. Only one gate is in functioning order at this moment.
