05-22-2025I rented an outside unit for less then one month. I was very disappointed and annoyed. Upon entering my unit one day I observed several roaches and rat feces all over the floor of my unit. There was no food in my unit, yet my bags had been chewed thru and rat dropping was all over my stuff. I let the manager know and she said fill out a claim for the insurance. I call customers service and was informed I will not be issued a refund or credit. While on the property I asked if they had a broom that me and my friend can clean it and the property manager said she will take care of it. Later I received a text that they will prefer I be on the site. I notified customer service again and was informed that someone will remove it. I had to pay for another storage unit inside just to keep my belongings well. I was very disappointed with the service I received from public storage and lack of cleanliness. Also the phone reception is bad there along with the reception to the app to open and close the door la and gates. One person is left alone to tend to all job descriptions while leaving the office and a lobby of waiting people. Im not happy with this situation at all and want to be compensated for the amount of time I was in the outside unit. Moving again to another unit is not easy.

05-12-2025Terrible service! Terrible reliability! I've had storage units all over the country with other providers, never an issue. Someone on this property cuts my lock off and steals all my tools from my unit, and public storage says "not our problem"! They let them in, they know who did it, but have no liability! How that is good business practices is beyond me!
