06-30-2025Edit: 6/23/25 I wanted to thank Andrew, and everyone at Extra Space storage!! They have gone above and beyond what they needed to in order to help us. We are having to sell our house and put stuff in storage. This is such an emotional and hard time, but once again Extra Space Storage has helped our family out. We really cant thank them enough for their empathy, kindness and patience as we make yet another move in our lives. We cant thank Extra Space enough for their help! Edit 10/2/24: I wanted to add that when we got notices that our rent prices were going up after a year, we spoke to Debbie and she helped ease our worries! Thank you Debbie for your wonderfully positive energy! You made our day, we were really worried! Thank you for being you, it was a pleasure talking with you today! Everyone I have spoken to at Extra Space has been helpful and patient. Our family had to sell their home and move in with us. Not only did a lot of their stuff went into storage (almost a whole house), we had to play musical furniture with some of our stuff. So last minute we had to rent another unit and they were so helpful! They had everything set up for us to put in a storage unit as we brought some furniture back for storage. It was hectic and stressful, but Extra Space made it that much easier! Thank you!!
