I felt very well attended and she gave me tips on storage. A gem of a human. I remember not caring for the last person there, Pamela has been a joy to work with!

07-20-2026I do not leave reviews often but the manager here, Pamela, went above and beyond to help me with a tricky situation. My huge sofa was not fitting in the usual freight elevator. Pamela picked up right away when I called the location number (not the case at many storage facilities) and took many steps right away to help me try to get my sofa into my new unit. Another thing Ive noticed about this location vs. other facilities where I have stored things over the years is that this one always has carts available for customer use. The management is attentive to when carts go out and makes sure they come back. At other storage facilities, Ive often had to wait for carts and had employees tell me customers stash them in their units and there is nothing they can do to prevent that. Absolutely choose this location if you are undecided between it and others. Having an attentive, service-oriented manager makes a difference! Thank you Pamela!

07-14-2026Pamela, the resident manager, was absolutely fantastic. We were cleaning out our deceased sister's storage units. She was compassionate and extremely helpful with all the required paperwork. A very difficult experience was much easier thanks to her.
