10-22-2025I spoke to corporate and the regional manager Brandee, if you find yourself needing your lock cut off, BEWARE, as they force you to sign a form that gives them permission to go in your unit and remove and/or put items in your unit. The explanation given was that its a liability form. Its a set up! Youd be legally giving them permission to go in and out of your unit to remove things. Beware.
