Jo took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and never tried to sell me something unnecessary. She even helped me download the mobile app and showed me how to use it. Jo is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I can't commend enough that she's the epitome of what customer care is and such a lovely personality. Extra space is my storage of choice after returning five years and I can safely say it's second to none!!!
