09-01-2024Me and my kids had a great experience with this storage building and the staff. They went above and beyond to help us in our specific individual circumstances. Demarcus was very patient with me and my 9-year-old who happens to have a ton of energy lol but they definitely made the process easy and did everything that they could to help us. the facility is clean and has a access to the restrooms while getting your unit set up which was very helpful for my child and myself. Also affordable

He showed us multiple units that were available and after signing paperwork took us back up to the units to test the codes for entry, elevators and our keyed locks on each unit. The space is clean, climate controlled and your stored items are safe. Would highly recommend and ask for Tony!!

08-29-2024We have been looking for a climate controlled storage facility. We came across extra space storage. Earlier today we went by their facility and worked with a gentleman named Tony. He was excellent!! A perfect gentleman, and took a great deal of time to explain how the process worked and gave us a complete tour of the facility. We ended up signing the contract for two units. Tony was very thorough in explaining all the details. We could not be happier with the decision we made today by going with extra space storage. All thanks to Tony!!
