11-16-2025????? Outstanding Service at the Front Desk! I had an amazing experience thanks to the front desk clerk. She was extremely helpful, polite, and patient while walking me through all the storage options. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my items. On top of that, she made sure I got the best deal available. Outstanding customer service like this is rarehighly recommended!

11-16-2025I had an amazing experience at this Extra Space Storage location. I accidentally picked the wrong unit size the day before, and when I came back the front desk clerk took care of everything so quickly and easily. She got me into the right size unit with no hassle at all. What impressed me most is that she worked it out so I didnt have to pay anything extra for upgrading to a bigger unit and she even lowered my rate. That kind of customer service is rare! She was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location because of her!
