03-08-2026Just moved to Palm Coast and needed some extra space for storage which seemed right up Extra Space Storages alley. We decided to go to the location in Palm Coast at Old King Road to check it out. It is new, modern, and clean facility and as an extra bonus the desk was being staffed by Tyler. He excelled at explaining the whole process, informing us about pricing options, and setting up our account. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took extra interest in us as customers and provided great insight about the area, places to eat, and things to do. Thanks Tyler. You made this a great experience. Update - 8 months later and we no longer need a storage unit. The move out process was just as easy as the move in. We submitted a move out date online and then updated it when we completed the move out several days earlier. Billy called us to follow up and let us know that the account t had been closed out. Our experience with Extra Space Storage and the team at the Old Kings Road location in Palm. past has been exceptional. Highly recommended for your storage needs.
