08-30-2024Great place. My unit was clean, and the staff is great. Very kind, and friendly. They maintain the premises. They clean the place! They do not allow cobwebs, etc to accumulate. I see them cleaning outside and making sure the grounds don't have anything that would puncture tires. Just all around great place with good prices. Added, 8/31/2024: I rented a new unit this week. Same story, good people, clean unit, etc. All around good place and experience.

08-01-2024Excellent customer service at the local office where my unit is located. Bill, went above and beyond to help straighten out an acct issue. He was great! They only down side to Extra Space Storage is the price. Very expensive. They reel you in with a low promo price, tell you the increases are minimal and not often but within the 1st 6 mos there was a 40% increase and just keeps going up!
