09-01-2026Chrissy, the manager, and her team are amazing. I mostly dealt with Chrissy but I spoke on the phone with one of her team members once and she was very helpful and kind. Getting the unit was an easy process and Chrissy never pressured me to get a bigger unit and answered all my questions. She was very patient (first time getting a storage unit) and explained everything. She also helped me opt out of the automatic insurance since my renter's insurance covers a storage unit (check your policy, mileage may vary). Moving out was a seamless process and everyone was wonderful. There was no fuss and it was easy. If I needed a storage unit, I would use this Public Storage.
