05-28-2025Customer service is beyond and above my expectations. This is for the Cottage Grove facility. I had opened the door beyond my reach and the Assistant manager helped me reach the door and put on a new rope. He was more than helpful, he was also very friendly and very proud of his business cards,(which he gave me) and assured me if I needed anything else to call the office. People like that make you want to do business with them and thanks for the circus tickets
