I am first time renting unit and i have to say i had no idea what i needed but i was leaving town today for few months. Mr Howard took the time to explain all the details and show me the space that would best fit my needs. I want to thank him for being so helpful and polite.
Mariah was fantastic! She made the entire process of setting up my public storage unit incredibly easy and stress-free. She was helpful, professional, and clearly explained all the options. Highly recommend asking for her help!
I've rented many storage units in my lifetime and must say this is the BEST. The place is clean outside inside and dare i say bathrooms too! Yes bathrooms too! The one thing that I like the most is the staff especially Howard! Is always there willing to answer any questions or advise on what's going on at the storage unit. He is always clean, presentable, says hi, and honestly is a very interesting man. Great to talk to and like I said always helpful. I feel and know my stuff is safe and the staff keeps and eye out for us. Thank you public storage but thank you Howard for your kindness. Im very grateful for you. Blu Blu
Howard greeted me after a short wait while he was on his rounds. Great customer service. In and out in 15min as I already had a reservation and just needed to see the unit in person. Howard explained the entire process and confirmed that the unit and price point was correct. The unit was clean and ready to move in. Howard is organized and has a friendly personality. You can't just place anyone young or old in this position, especially with the clientele in this area. You need great patience, listening and communication skills to keep customers happy. Keep up the great work Howard!
Howard is absolutely incredible! You hear a lot of nightmare stories when it comes to storage regarding safety, pricing, accessibility, etc.. But this facility is exactly what I needed and Howard has helped make this process so incredibly smooth. Sometimes I call with questions (that I maybe should know the answer to) and if Im lucky Howard answers and always offers his insight and guidance. Ive been using the facility for over a year now and couldnt be happier. Highly recommended!
I really dont understand how this storage company hires people like this. Its the first time Ive had such an experience in Irvine. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, the staff member checked my name, phone number, email, and reservation number four times and kept saying they couldnt find my booking. They insisted I must have reserved a different location. Only after I repeatedly showed them the reservation confirmation clearly showing this exact address did they finally check again and suddenly found it. After touring the storage, I decided to rent. But when I double-checked my paperwork, not a single piece of my personal information was correct not my name, email, phone number, address, or even drivers license number. When I asked him to correct it, he became visibly impatient, probably because it was close to closing time. Then the final price was over $200 more than what was shown online. When I pointed this out, he rudely said, Thats the price, without even trying to check why. When I said I couldnt accept that, he slammed the desk, stood up, and loudly told his coworker that he didnt understand what I was saying then stormed out and left for the day. The other employee was just as unhelpful and also failed to fix the issue. I wasted over an hour and left without being able to rent a unit. Honestly, your HR department should really reconsider who you hire not everyone is suitable to work in customer service.
