Irvine Climate Controlled Storage Just Off the 55 Freeway
Storage units in Irvine are located between Alton and Barranca parkways not far from the 55 freeway. 01-10-2026Margaret is amazing!! This was my first Time ever renting a public storage unit and I had no clue what I was doing. Margaret walked me through The whole process showed me different units. Helped me finalize my purchase and then showed me how to get into it. Do the lock everything. Price is fair and the help you cant beat. Margaret is the best!! Miriam was awesome as well but Margaret saved me.

Affordable pricing, and great deals, Margaret was extremely helpful and making sure I receive the best storage, prices and location, I was skeptical of getting a storage, but the staff are amazing including Joseph, Taylor and Isaiah! 12-31-2025I booked a unit online and the locker shown in my booking was not the same unit they tried to give me in person. I immediately asked to switch to the locker I originally selected. I had not moved in and had not used the unit at all. I was told I would need to pay the $29 admin fee again just to get the unit I already booked. This made no sense, especially since the mistake was not mine. The property manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, her attitude made the situation worse. I did not feel respected as a customer and honestly did not want to deal with her any further. Very disappointing experience. They have only 3 trollies for the entire building. Bring your own trolley or wait for couple of hours. I would not recommend this location based on customer service alone.
