01-14-2026Started renting at this place couple years ago first, everything was fine until suzanne started managing. Very tight squeeze to get a truck in the vicinity. management was eyeballing my stepdad making sure he didnt hit anything. He didnt. Hes a professional. Wasnt very comfortable feeling she asked her coworker to give a review before a bunch of construction started happening before they painted and had trucks blocking everything I deleted that review because after a couple months lights werent working, and I realized I had termites in my unit that were leaving little dots all over my belongings I would never recommend this place to anybody. I currently store my things at U-Haul and Im much happier since moving my things out a couple months ago. What a relief being out of that situation. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by a manager Is not Professional she acted nice at first and then treated me I saw her from the upstairs apartment looking While I was at the gate after all, I paid my rent on time Month I didnt deserve to feel like I was intruder.

11-09-2025Awesome customer service very flexible times and overall I entered the office 20 minutes before they were closing and I was out before 6. Suzanne was more than helpful and overall great spirited. When and if youre in the area and need a good storage spot extra space Storage is the place to go!!!
