12-02-2025This place is awful DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WELCOME YOU AT FIRST THEN 3-4 MONTHS LATER THEY MAIL A NOTICE INFORMING YOU OF A RENT INCREASE OF 75% WTH. THEY SAY IT'S DUE TO OCCUPANCY, DEMAND, AND CURRENT LOCAL PRICING.... I CHECKED THE HAVE THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR 70+% LESS. I ALSO CHECKED WITH OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES AND THEY ARE LOWER BY 75% AS WELL, THE DOORS OF THE UNITS ARE FAULTY I HAVE TO USE A SCREW DRIVER TO LIFT THE DOOR SO THAT I CAN REMOVE THE LOCK. THEY POSTED A NOTE THAT THE ELEVATORS AREN'T WORKING AND TO USE THE STAIRS. YEAH OK THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH A REFRIGERATOR. IDIOTS.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER COMPENSATION OF THIS INCONVENIENCE.... RENTER BEWARE!!!BYE FELICIA....
