My bill is due on the 20th. I was approached 3 days before reminding me of my bill and on the 19th, my code would not work. And on the day of my bill date, I was not able to make my payment due to the staff member at the desk having just put the cash box away with fifteen minutes till closing, he asked me to pay it late and i would be okay - said I had a four day grace period and advised me about the online option., to not make a big deal i said i would try that but i needed to get my car in so he "fixed" my code, But the code would still not work, I tried it 3 times and he did not seem to know what he was doing. Or he did not want to do his work. And now something about I am only allowed there during business hours. But I work business hours and it has been very inconvenient.
