03-07-2026Last fall we rented units at Public Storage on Jacuzzi St. We have been very happy with both the Public Storage facility and customer service. The facility is clean, waterproof, secure, and well maintained. Our items stayed totally dry during heavy rains this winter. Today, Sherry (on-site staff) assisted with our questions on code access and I want to mention her stellar customer service. Sherry was kind, courteous, and professional it is rare to get such helpful customer support and we truly appreciate her help and the fact that she was present and monitoring the facility. Overall, using Public Storage has been a great experience.

02-26-2026Unfamiliar with the storage rental process, I started online and didnt feel comfortable so I called the Pierce location. I spoke with Sherry and she was AWESOME! Fantastic communication style, customer service, timely responses and made me feel like a valued client. I met with her in person and she walked me through every step. Im very happy with this company and location and strongly recommend! Call and talk to Sherry!

02-23-2026I have rented at many storage facilities in the past, and currently Rent at two different public storage facilities now . Shasta, the on-site manager at the Public Storage in Richmond off of Jacuzzi Street Is the most friendly and helpful on-site manager Ive ever Encountered and worked with ! She saw that I was Removing items from my storage, and she asked if I was moving out, and she tried to help me with lowering the rate, And said she will put me on the list for a new unit that will open up soon so I can start at the move In special rate. She even saw that the pulldown rope for the door was worn out, and she went out of her way to replace it ASAP without me even asking. She even appreciated me being a long time renter at the facility. I Have been working in career that expects top notch customer service for over 26 years, and I have seen many employees and managers come and go that did not show the professionalism that their position called for. Shasta delivered that professionalism to a T! Public Storage corporate managers, Shasta is an employee, you should value and appreciate!
