02-09-2026These people are very rude and have harrased me several times when I am there and the storage is very dirty I had stuff from the walls constantly falling on my belongings this place sucks I will not be renting with them again there are way better places than this.

01-20-2026I have been with extra space for a little over 3 months now. My experience with the company/facility side has been average. However my customer service experience has been excellent. I have dealt with Debra in the office twice now regarding rodent problems (which I was informed was caused from another tenant whom stored food products), and Debra has helped me address the issue and find a tentative solution. I was about to find another location to move my business to however because Debra helped me out I am going to give Extra space another opportunity to manage things. She is kind, patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. Her ability to problem solve (even when very busy) is wonderful. I will see if the rodent issue gets resolved, otherwise I will relocate as extra space hikes your rent up quite a bit all of a sudden.
