08-27-2026Cole was amazing and so helpful. Im glad he was there to help me when I needed it. One thing though, I wish you were open later ?? BE AWARE!!!!! THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 7:00PM NOT TRUE. YOU CAN ONLY GET IN UNTIL 6:45PM ACCORDING TO THE EMPLOYEE IN THE OFFICE. ONLY THE OFFICE IS OPEN UNTIL 7:00PM. Besides that, my monthly payment increased another $75 after a recent increase which is just unreasonable. I will be looking for a new storage company. Not happy.
