08-14-2024I had always used public storage because of their visibility and brand awareness. This time I tried extra space because it was better situated.Devin And the team at extra space are amazing. They go above and beyond to be helpful and to make the experience as pleasant as possible frankly, public storage always seemed to go out of their way to make it as unpleasant as possible. For instance, I would show up at public storage 45 minutes before closing time and they wouldnt want to let me go back when all I wanted to do was open the door grab a couple things that are right in front and leave. He wouldve taken three minutes. But they actually refused me. Ive had people at extra space at 10 oclock at night. Stay a couple extra minutes for me when I was running late. blew my mind. Wouldve never happened to public storage. Properties are clean, well situated, secure and safe. I have a new go to now. Thank you, Devin. You really made your company shine.
