07-06-2025I was taken care of by Robert and Sheila and they are both down to earth people. I forgot to let them know I no longer needed my unit so it autodrafted from my bank account. I explained everything and how life is life and Sheila went ahead and refunded that charge. Times are hard and we all need that coin! Definitely choose this place for the security and the climate control, but also for the management and staff that understands life be life-ing! Highly recommended!

06-27-2025This place has been good to me as storage places go. Its a very clean facility, with friendly staff. Love their locks. Wish they had dolly options along with the carts but the carts are helpful none the less. The only thing that I can say was a big down side to the facility was that they had terrible planning in terms of parking, ease of use for large trucks and trailers. Their parking lot is very limited, but then again I dont think they have a single outdoor unit on the property it seems all to be 100% indoors. I was on the lowest level but had I been upstairs I am not sure how I would've felt in regard to the elevator being inside between both sliding entrance doors. Another facility I've used had exterior elevators, enter the elevator from outside your code gets you to only your floor which seemed like a real secure process. Not sure how upper level access was done here but having to juggle past others waiting for or exiting the elevator was a bit of a hassle especially when you ended up having to park out in the fire lane because all 4 parking spaces including handicapped space were taken.
