08-25-2024This place was great in an emergency, the person on duty was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process, explained when the cost would go up after the promotion, etc etc. We never had any problems with the gate or getting into the building, carts were always available for us to use, the place was never crowded I never had to cross paths with someone in the hallways. We got 1 month for free and only had to pay the lock and activation fee, it was significantly cheaper for the elderly lady we were helping move. I removed my lock yesterday and cleaned out the unit, I meant to call them today but they actually called me first and said they noticed the lock was off and wanted to know if I was done with the unit. This saved me time and I did not have to worry about the costs going up or paying for another month because the employees are so on top of everything that they already know. I will only use extraspace and have for some time, I have used them 5x in the past in 3 different states now and it is a great experience each time.

08-23-2024Just very easy all around! The facility is secure, easy to access, temperature controlled, and quick to navigate. The price was fair and perfect for storing two college kids' stuff. Checkout was also easy. We'll be back next summer!

CarrieAnn at the office was exceptionally helpful in guiding me to find the perfect storage space. She made the process easy and stress-free. The multiple entrances make access very convenient, and the restrooms were spotless. Overall, a well-maintained and user-friendly facilityhighly recommend!
