09-03-2026This place advertises 6 AM to 10 PM access. Show up at 9:30 PM to grab a scanner I need for work and none of the keypads are on. This is only the second time I have tried to access the unit. What are customer service hours? What is going on here? Is this to be expected every evening? I have another unit elsewhere that I have had for almost two years and the key pad has never once been without power. I was on the fence about switching, to this place, and only moved half my stuff and already I am inconvenienced and questioning my decision. Update, this place is ass.

08-28-2026It was easy to rent, clise to my location, and manager was helpful. Unfortunately, the price increase was a major factor in my moving my stuff. However, it was always clean and safe.
