09-24-2026There was a miscommunication between an employee and my mother, a long term customer at the Curtis Blvd. Port St John location. When Sarabelle, the manager, learned of this she reached out to us personally to find out what had occurred. She was kind and understanding and made my mother feel better about how the entire situation turned out. Sarabelle is an asset to the company and her customer service skills are top notch. I hope this type of situation will be a teaching moment with the employee that was involved. Our experience with the company has been otherwise great and Sstabelles handling of ithe incident was professional and empathetic. I would hire her in a second for my own company.

08-07-2026I had such an amazing experience getting into my storage unit for the first time! The front desk associate went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, friendly, and made sure I understood exactly how everything worked instead of just handing me the information and sending me on my way. They took the time to help me access my unit, answered my questions, and genuinely made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find, and this employee absolutely deserves to be recognized for it. If management is reading this: THIS is the kind of employee you want representing your business. They turned something as simple as accessing a storage unit into an experience that made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. ?? 10/10 service. Above and beyond.
