Worst Experience Ever. On May 3, 2025, the sign-up was fairly easy. I made the initial May payment of $94 and paid for June ($62.83) up front as well. Visiting the location was fine too. There is no locked gate to pull up to the facility. The units do not have a ceiling on them. There is a thin wire on the top. You can see right through it. I did not like this feature. The next day, I received a call from the manager, Ashley. She stated, " Are you aware you have to keep autopay on your account?" I said no I do not. She then asked if I had the app, which I stated I do. She further tells me to go on the app and turn it back on. As someone trying to stay peaceful, I no longer engage. I hung up the phone, called on Monday and canceled the reservation. The corporate office had their district manager, nick, who then called me to ask about the situation. I explained. He told me since I did not move anything in, I just need to remove the lock and they will issue a refund. I did that the following day, Tuesday May 6, 2025. Welp, I received the $62.83 back on May 9, 2025, but not the rest. I used the chat line and called about my refund for $94. I was told by chat and on the phone that there are admin fees. I checked the paperwork. Admin fees are $29 not $94. Between using the chat and phone I have gotten nothing but the run around with the reason for not getting my refund changing each time. Don't use public storage. Definitely, do NOT use this particular facility.
Ashleigh was the most helpful property manager I have meet in a very long time. She we t above measures to assist me.
Ashleigh was really nice and helped me rent the storage for the first time.
