09-01-2024From move-in to move-out, this Extra Space Storage was great. The communication with the office was straightforward (Mark was super helpful), accessing the unit was easy, and the location was clean. Plus, its a good location just off the highway. I felt very comfortable storing my things there. I will 100% be using them in the future!

08-26-2024Customer service was 8/10 , good as a storage goes I suppose . But overall 6/10 prices doubles and when we called and asked why we werent notified before hand all we got was we mailed it to your house address . So no call , text ? Email ? Voicemail anything . Its almost as if they know thats the most inefficient way to reach someone . So we called right than and there and canceled . Comparing to other storages its cheaper ? Just do your research see what works out best for you . Dont expect them to be 100% honest . But I guess thats the world now a days .

He explained how everything works and even helped me upgrade to a larger unit! In a stressful time mark was super calming ans assisted beautifully. This man needs a raise!
