06-19-2025I rented here for a year and the majority of the time- I had no issues. I was in and out consistently. The last three months I did not visit- I only had a few things left in the unit. When I got back, a few items had rat droppings in them. The manager was amazing. She was transparent said there was a neighboring unit with food. And they have since remedied the problem. She gave me cleaning supplies, gloves, trash bags, etc. I needed to get the salvageable things out- which was like half. Insurance was no problem at all. They paid for all the damaged items right away. They told me to leave the contaminated items and took care of that for me no issue. So even if you get put in the worst case scenario here, these people will take care of you and treat you like family. I am happy with the outcome. It is the city. I had my belongings in plastic Tupperware and that saved most irreplaceable stuff. So just be smart. Every storage unit in existence runs the risk of mice/rats. So pack smart. Wrap furniture. Thanks for making what could have been a nightmare and making it all ok for me. Wishing your business lots of success! You deserve it.
