01-08-2026It was so easy getting a unit at extra space. As soon as I booked it online, Juan the manager of the San dimas store gave me a personal call. He introduced himself,welcomed me and let me know the lock would be inside the unit and if I needed anything to give him a call and he would take care of it. Sure enough, the light inside the unit wasn't working so reached out to Juan and he had a guy out there the following day to replace it. Very impressive store, very impressive managment.
