She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions clearly, made everything easy to understand, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my storage decision. Its rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Josie truly does. Because of her kindness and efficiency, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
