09-30-2026"If I could give more than five stars, I would do so in a heartbeat just to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Tvsi and Teresa. In an era where customer service often feels transactional, Teresa and Tvsi stand out as remarkable exceptions. They arent just employees who show up to clock in, complete a shift, and clock outthey genuinely care about the people walking through the door, and it shows in everything they do. Teresa has an extraordinarily down-to-earth personality. She is warm, approachable, and remarkably easy to talk to, instantly putting you at ease and making every interaction feel comfortable and sincere. Tvsi brings a deep sense of compassion and dedication to his work; whenever an issue arises, he goes out of his way to offer real support, never resting until he has done everything in his power to help. Together, I would say they are both the gold standard of excellence.
