However, it is the one-on-one professional and personal customer service provided by Tony which distinguishes our experience. He is caring, concerned and makes every effort to accommodate our needs. We selected this facility over other Public Storage sites and other providers because we could see our concerns for safety and security would be addressed at this site. We entrust our items to Public Storage, but our belongings represent years of hard work and hard earned money. More importantly these assets are not merely things. They hold emotional and sentimental memories that are irreplaceable. Tony's professionalism, vigilence and hard work in maintaining a safe and clean site assures that unauthorized persons and unwelcome "critters" are kept away with security and safety being paramount. Our situation is not unique. We are retired, traveling and enjoying life. Knowing Tony is on site is crucial to our peace of mind. Should the need ever arise, we know we can call without hesitation. Shout out to "Tony" this location manager, always stays on top of things and always asking If im good or if I need anything. Ill 100% recommend this place to everyone.
