09-01-2024I had an incredible experience at Extra Space Storage on 1807 W Devon Ave! Toya helped me from the beginning, by first extending my monthly payment date by a few weeks. When it was time for me to move out, my apartment wasnt ready until August 26th however my last day in storage unit was August 24th. When I asked Toya if there was anyway to extend and pay for those two days, she told me do not worry about it and to move out on August 26th free of charge! This meant so much to me considering I was paying so much with other moving fees. From the start Toya accommodated all of my requests until the very end. I highly recommend using this location, all the staff and friendly and extremely helpful! :)

08-29-2024Toya Bryant, the store manager at 1807 w. devon ave. Extra Space Storage Chicago, runs a tight ship. The location is always clean, in operating order, and secure. On the occasions I have needed her assistance she has either had the answer or gotten it for me.
