08-23-2024It would be Very Professional, if Extra Space Storage would send out a Courtesy Email a Month in. Advance,Informing Customers their unit price is going. Up...You go online to pay your bill thinking its the same Price its been,but now its Increased almost $20,that's a Big Difference That's one of the reasons red locks are on units customers wasn't Prepared for their Units Increase..... Give us a Notice In advance!
