07-10-2025The reservation process on line was simple. The website is easy to navigate. The prices are good and are comparable to other storage companies. Plenty of parking and the building is clean. I met with JJ at the office and he was personable and polite. I had a great experience. I recommend the storage company.

Extra space storage is going up on my rent (which I understand bc real estate in charleston is very expensive these days). But when I talked to him about it, he was honestly so nice and helpful. I dont normally write reviews, but it was refreshing just to talk to someone who cared and it made my day better!
