08-20-2024Very clean and easy and helpful texts and notifications for billing and updates. Charlie in the office was super nice and professional. While it is not the closest to downtown Charleston, it was no more than 15 minutes to get there and the price was just right. Highly recommend.

07-19-2024Im torn on this review. Guy on phone said if we paid in full that our price would be locked in for the whole contract! Guy at store said that was a lie. I called the 800 number when I got home and they said that the prepay STILL guarantees a locked in rate. I guess we will find out in three months if the rate goes up or not Store gets a ? And corporate gets a ? Update. Rate didnt change. Corporate was correct and store (1 guy specifically) was incorrect. 4 stars.
