06-09-2024I've been a "tenant" of sorts at the Savannah Highway location for just over a year. I did all my initial reservations online, and sincerely regret that. I've recently downsized my unit and went into the office to discuss options and could not be more pleased with my in person work with Darrian, the Store Manager. Not only did he talk me through my options, he worked with me on timing so that my transition could be done in the easiest way possible for my busy schedule. He's also incredibly intelligent, and we ended up having a really nice conversation literally just about the state of the world. At one point, he was even willing to assist me with my furniture! The man's customer service just cannot be beat. If you're looking for a storage unit in town, I HIGHLY recommend taking the time to go in and discuss your options with Darrian. He saved me actually literally 100's of dollars and helped make my move seamless and timely.
