10-04-2026I am updating my initial review. While setting up the unit was easy, my experience with the staff and customer service since moving in has been terrible and completely lacking in basic empathy or transparency. Two weeks after renting, I got a message saying my unit was unsecured with zero details. When I spoke to staff, no one could tell me what actually happened. An employee simply handed me a set of keys without explaining that they were issuing a replacement lock or that I would be charged for it. When I later realized I already had my original keys in my car, I went out of my way to return the extra set to the office, only to be dismissively told to keep them and that I was being hit with an unexpected $20 charge. When I tried to explain the confusion and ask for clarity, I was met with complete indifference. I guess its just me being stupid, hoping for help, compassion or understanding. But dont worry Ill make sure you get your extra $20 when my first payment is due. You couldve pretended to help! And said sorry Ive done all I could do That wouldve been better than just telling me you would be charging me for it. When no one said anything about that when I called and when I came in the first time to get them.

09-23-2026I rented 2 units on short notice, process was easy and the staff was much nicer than the place up the street. Price was the best around and the place was very well maintained, and while there in several occasions I did notice staff making regular checks on the area, so that make me feel better knowing the place is checked on. When turning the units back in, the process was super easy. I paid for 1 month up front and there were no surprise fees at the end as well. I would highly recommend.
