08-24-2024I experienced a crisis that led me to need storage space. I called several different places in my area, and Extra Space Storage was the only place I could find. I am so grateful that this was where I landed. When I called my local office, they were very kind to me. They always answered my questions clearly (which is such an underestimated thing in our world where it takes an hour to read Terms & Conditions ??). I'd never had a storage before, and they patiently explained their process to me. I truly appreciated that. I also want to give a shout out to Adam. He was the representative I spoke with the most. He has excellent customer service, and always made sure I got the help I needed. There was never a problem I had that took him more than 2 minutes to solve. He was truly great. Thank you, Adam.
