08-12-2024The space is nice and clean, but no one gave me a map and I had no idea where my unit was. The office was closed because it was Sunday and I couldnt get someone on the phone. Thankfully someone finally came by after about 10 minutes to getting stuff from their unit and told me there were units inside te buildings. I would not have known that if werent for him

08-07-2024Would have been a 5 had there been a consideration for a prorated refund (28 unused days). ***UPDATED - I received a call from the manager, and a pro-rate refund will be applied. My son confirmed that from day 1, the staff at this location has been kind and helpful on each visit he had to make to the storage unit. If need be, he will use this location next summer. Thank you for providing the pro-rated refund.***
