12-16-2025Raises the rent by 20% or more every six months, while offering lower rates to new customers. We now pay 70% more than 1.5 years ago. Outdoor units get filled with dirt when they clean the parking area. Never fixed the insulation hanging into the unit after I repeatedly requested it. Dirt, mice, and bugs galore. The local management was willing to reduce rates temporarily if you complained. Maybe thats why they have 5 stars. Seems like a hugely unethical practice to me. Glad we were finally able to move out all our things. Update: saved thousands of dollars after dumping these guys.

10-15-2025Wanted to rent here because its close to home but I can never get anyone on the phone. I came to the location and no one is here. I called the number, spoke to someone not on location and had to book an appointment to see someone in person. They of course offered to rent me a space over the phone with a credit card. I said no thank you. I booked the appointment and have now been waiting for 45 minutes to meet an actual person. Just checked out some of the other reviews and see that the corporate office let employees go and there are now all kinds of issues. Not going to rent here now. Think I just dodged a bullet. Buyer beware of public storage facilities right now. Doesnt seem like a good choice.
