01-19-2026The manager at this location, Melissa, is the best storage unit manager I've ever interacted with. And ive rented units all over the country with every major company. I normally dread dealing with storage rental because staff often tend to be overly serious for some reason, but she was SO kind, SO understanding, and SO helpful, she put me right at ease renting and made me feel very taken care of. She's got a fantastic demeanor that perfectly balances A+ professionalism and being just the right amount of funny/casual to make you laugh in between going over the facts. I am going through a bad breakup and moving to my own place so I'm feeling very anxious and alone lately, but Melissa was so kind handling my questions and checking in my reservation that for a moment in an otherwise horrible low point in my life, she made me smile and feel like things might actually be okay. I also love her compassionate attitude towards some of the lower income customers. She treats and talks about them with genuine respect, and in return they keep an eye on things when management isn't around and seem to even become some of the best clients because they are that grateful to be treated with dignity. You can tell staff and customers really look out for each other here, and the rates were also extremely reasonable for the area. I'm excited to get moving forward with my life and independence now, and for once don't feel taken advantage of by a company as a single woman trying to navigate things on my own. Thank you for giving me one less thing to stress about and something to actually feel relaxed about! (I don't think "relaxed" has ever entered my brain in regards to a storage unit before, so that's new!! I love it! Thanks Melissa <3)
