05-23-2026It was pretty easy to rent a unit until I came to the part about the insurance they want you to use. I didn't want to buy it because my homeowners insurance that I already paid for covered it so I stopped the online process and went to the office to finish the transaction. I'm very happy I did because the manager Grace was super helpful. Not only did she tell me Colorado didn't require it but also how to cancel "free trial" in the app so I wouldn't be charged in 30 days for something I didn't want. She also gave me lots of helpful tips about billing, using the app to open the gate, and the timing of when to terminate my contract when I was ready to move so I wouldn't be charged for the upcoming month.
