03-15-2026Incredibly well maintained facility with incredibly friendly staff. Overly helpful and information when my guy dropped the lock to our unit and snapped the key off inside, Shaneeki was happy to keep an eye on our unit while we ran to Lowe's for a new one, and then next time over there she remembered us and provided us a proper lock for the unit and is very friendly and professional. Facility stays clear of clutter and plenty of space in the units and around the units to be able to not impede on other renters. Was stressed as I recently moved from a house to a smaller place and needing a large storage unit but this facility and staff has eased alot of the stress I had stepping into my first storage unit! Thank you.

02-26-2026This facility is one of the worst and I've stored at over 10+ facilities with multiple companies. Upon move in my unit was FILTHY and had to clean myself. The fence was cut with a big hole in it right across from my unit and the window going into the building was shattered out and the property manager failed to even clean the broken glass up for weeks. The worst part about this facility is that they apparently have lots of thefts so therefore they've allowed police full access.. But instead of that reducing thefts it led to me being harassed by police and treated as if me simply being present inside the gate (remind you I had to enter my code to get my vehicle in the gate) justified being snuck up on by 6+ Police at once demanding to see my hands and treating me as of I was a criminal. I verified with them I was a paying customer and at my unit, yet they continued to harass me and the whole time all I had done was be present as a paying customer conducting normal business! So be prepared to be treated like a criminal while the real criminals are continuing to rob your belongings on a regular basis. I should not fear police harassment every time I want to access my belongings and therefore have essentially avoided even returning to my unit. Store ANYWHERE but NOT HERE!!!!
