Wow, I don't write many reviews, but this location of Extra Space Storage was so helpful, and exactly met my storage needs, that I wanted to post their 5 star transaction. After a quick search online, this looked like the location I needed, but it turned out, that the unit I found online was indoor access, and I was needing a 'drive in' garage door unit for my motorcycles. It seems that at a 'normal business', I would have been done, out the door and searching on my own. But the manager Desiree offered to see what was available at other nearby company properties, and where that was looking like I could find available drive in storage several miles away. She then asked "when do I need this by?" because there was a possibile vacancy coming soon, and she was willing to call and verify that. Later, when the former tennant cleared, she went the full measure of efforts to contact me, assist with the paperwork, signing me up to bring my items in. The facility is clean and well maintained, in what appears to be a nice neighborhood. I reccomend this Extra Space Storage location, because their customer service lets you know that this business appreciates having your patronage. Well done Desiree, your extra efforts and compassionate service, left me truly impressed.

Desiree Scott, Store Manager at Extra Storage in Lone Tree, CO is excellent to work with; she went out of her way to make sure my move-in went smoothly. Desiree is both friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions while explaining the lease to me very clearly. The facility itself is clean, light/bright, secure, and assessable. If you need a storage unit, I would recommend this location. Especially, with Desiree as the manager there - shes great!

Excellent phone process to set it up. On-site the manager was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The site is VERY clean and organized, with carts available. Only disappointment was not realizing that the monthly rent can be changed and probably will be after the first few months.
