Weve been in this storage space for over a year and its been wonderful! Alex is always so nice and helpful. Small things about this place really impress me. We moved from a bigger unit to a smaller unit and it was effortless. When we moved into both of our units (one a year ago and then today) the smallest detail of putting the lock in the unit and cutting the plastic so we could open the packaging for our lock was just one of those small details that really makes me feel like they think of everything. Wonderful place despite some other bad reviews, we couldnt be happier storing our stuff here.
