05-25-2026Desiree is a wonderful,kind, and helpful on-site manager. She knows the rules and cares for the clients. I got behind, because of mitigating circumstances, and she helped me by adjusting my payment date. The space is clean, convenient, and the motto is "We're here to help you store your stuff, not try to sell it." My only issue was when I first stored my stuff there in 2023,the regional manager said the special pricing I got would last a year (I was going to Europe for a year to work), and after 4 months, they wanted to raise it. Fortunately, they worked with me and didn't raise it by much. I've rented a storage space from them for 3 years and I'm grateful to them for their prices and how they work with people. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.
