Celeste was very helpful and such an awesome employee. I was glad to have her help me
I would give zero stars if I could. While our stuff was in there there was a string of break-ins that they didnt bother telling us about. When we went to get our stuff to move into our new house, Half of our stuff was gone. Including all my very expensive tools. We went to tell the woman in the front office that we were missing stuff at which point she told us yeah there was a string of break-ins not too long. They just told us to fill out a form. I think her name was Celeste. She was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I. And basically was blaming us for stuff getting stolen out of the storage unit. The storage unit was locked but theyre claiming to not be responsible for anything stolen. Even from break ins. If you guys arent responsible for securing our stuff then what is the point of storing it there? Do not leave your stuff here to find a better storage unit. One that actually believes in security. When were your stuff wont get stolen. What a terrible business.
They will increase your rates drastically. My rate went from $177 to $249. For what reason, because Im a long term renter? 10/28/25 Update Just received a call that my lock was cut on my storage yesterday.Im really disappointed at how this company doesnt care about their customers. The economy is crashing and people are dealing with enough stress without having to worry about losing their valuables because a company changes their paydate. I have communicated to the manager that I do not get paid until the 28th and it was beyond my control. I have asked if they could change the due date. I was told they couldnt so I have opted to pay the late fees because I have no other option but to leave my valuables there for the moment. Some of which are from my deceased mother. I understand policy is policy but my gosh to cut my lock a day before my pay day and then call me to say thanks for paying your bill is a slap in the face!!! I have paid this bill the last several months on the 28th and it has been okay. Im out of state, had a car accident, and now I have to worry about purchasing another lock and my valuables possibly being rummaged through if I dont get there within 30 days. To be honest I dont feel my lock being cut the day before my pay day was a coincidence I think its retaliation because I put up the first review of how my rate increased. Im very disappointed in humans these days. Save yourself the heartache and headache find another storage company who cares about their tenants, its obvious these people do not!
